A Birthday Card

Miss M's birthday is coming up shortly.  I have a wonderful sister-in-law who never misses sending a card.  She's amazing!  Miss M opened her card this morning, and her first comment was quite indicative of her personality:  "Oooh.  Sparkly!"  Cute little girl...
